Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Beetroot or paste paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry
  • 1 tbsp powdered Jaggery
  • Grapes chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt of, or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the paste of beetroot and tomato. Add ginger powder, chilli flakes and jaggery. Mix well and cook until thick.

  • Add poppy seeds, coconut flour and chopped grapes. Switch off the flame add mango powder again mix.

  • Ready to serve after meal or it can be stored in fridge for a week.
