This quick groundnut chutney is a good substitute for coconut chutney. This chutney is very famous in south india. This is a healthy and delicious peanut chutney that goes very well with idli, dosa, medu vada or uttapam.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanuts (roasted and peeled)
- 1 cup Curd (fresh)
- 2 Green Chillies (spicy)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 sprig Curry
- 2 Red Chillies (dried)
- 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Take mixer jar add roasted peanuts, curd, green chilies and salt n grind it into fine paste. Transfer it to a bowl.
- Heat oil in pan, crackle mustard seeds, dried red chilies n curry leaves when seeds stop crackling switch off the flame.
- Add temper in peanut chutney. Peanut chutney is ready to serve.
- Serve this chutney with idli, dosa, medu vada etc.
Recipe Notes
• If required then add little water in peanut chutney if it is very thick in consistency.
• You can add little red chilli powder also during tempering. It will give lovely color to chutney.
