This is a pure vegetarian food made by less spices. I used only ginger and cumin powder which is popular for Indian healthy veg recipe.

Ingredients
- 100 gm potato
- 50 gm green peas
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Fresh ginger
- Kasoori methi
- Fresh coconut
- Oil
- Salt

Instructions
- Cut the potato small pieces and chopped fresh tomato. Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, couscous, potato, green peas, turmeric powder and salt.
- Saute all ingredients add fresh ginger, cumin powder, red chilli powder and chopped tomato. Stir for a minute then add little water to cook soft.
- Finally add kasoori methi it may be semi gravy or dry. Garnish with fresh coconut. This pure healthy veg recipe can be served with rice, roti, chapati, paratha, poori, fried rice, pulao etc.
