Ingredients
- 1 ltr Milk boiled
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Corn Flour
- Chocolate grated
- Milk kaiser soaked in
- Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Mawa
- stick Stick And Kulfi Mould and kulfi mould

Instructions
- Boil milk stir continuously till reduce 1/4 amount.
- Make a paste of corn flour and add into the boiling milk.
- Add sugar and mawa. Put off the flame and divide it three parts.
- One part add vanilla extract, second part add chocolate and third part add Kaiser.
- Now take the kulfi mould add first part and freeze for an hour.
- After one hour add second part and put the stick. Freeze for an hour.
- Then add third part freeze for five to six hours.
- Demould and serve.
