Ingredients
 

  • 1 ltr Milk boiled
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Corn Flour
  • Chocolate grated
  • Milk kaiser soaked in
  • Vanilla Essence
  • 1 cup Mawa
  • stick Stick And Kulfi Mould and kulfi mould

Instructions
 

  • Boil milk stir continuously till reduce 1/4 amount.

  • Make a paste of corn flour and add into the boiling milk.

  • Add sugar and mawa. Put off the flame and divide it three parts.
  • One part add vanilla extract, second part add chocolate and third part add Kaiser.
  • Now take the kulfi mould add first part and freeze for an hour.
  • After one hour add second part and put the stick. Freeze for an hour.
  • Then add third part freeze for five to six hours.
  • Demould and serve.
