Green peas paste curry
During winter season we get farm fresh green peas which has different taste. I prepared a curry with green peas paste.
We can have along with any combination or without any other. It is also very good if we get a bowl full curry in winter. Let's see how to make. Just wait and watch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl green peas
  • 1 cup carrot boiled
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon coriander roasted
  • 1 teaspoon fennel powder roasted
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 1-2 green chilies
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the green peas then make a paste with green chilies.

  • Take a pan heat oil then put cumin seeds. Add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, tomato paste and salt. Stir continuously and sauté for a minute.

  • Add green chiles and green peas paste. Stir continuously add glass of water to make the gravy.

  • Add green chilies, mushroom and boiled carrot. Cook without covering and see the thickness of the gravy.
  • Add roasted coriander powder, roasted fennel powder, cinnamon powder and Shahi garam masala.

  • Now you can add ghee and serve with any combination or without any other. Just take a bowl full and star eating to feel warm yourself.
