Paneer pakoda is made by dipping paneer slices into a spicy batter and then deep frying it.Here is how I do it.

Ingredients
- Paneer 6 long thick slices
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Maida 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder as per taste
- Tomato chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- Kasuri methi 1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions
- Mix corn flour maida & red chili powder. Add tomato chili sauce & ginger gatlic paste. Mix well.
- Add some water if the batter is too thick. Adjust salt if needed because sauce also has salt. Add kasuri methi.mix well
- Coat paneer pieces well . Heat oil in wok. Add pieces one by one. Fry on both sides on high to medium flame
- Serve hot with tea or coffee
Notes
- Batter should not be too thick or thin
- You can sprinkle some chat Masala before serving it
