Healthy Banana Bread: A warm Banana Bread is what you need for breakfast, full of energy and naturally sweetened. the added Flax meal takes it to another level of healthy food.
This egg less Banana Bread recipe is must try if you have kids who don't like banana like mine 😉 this way they wont deny cos everybody loves cakes 🙂

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed ground
  • 4 Bananas ripe, medium size
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2-3 tablespoon Melon seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • First of all gather all the ingredients and then switch on the oven for preheating at 180 degrees, it is such a simple process that even if you are not a pro in cooking/baking then also you can make it in the time your oven is heating up
  • Grease a bread tin with some oil, Now sieve together the flour, flax meal, baking powder, baking soda and salt, keep aside
  • Mash the bananas in a bowl and add honey, oil, vanilla essence to it and mix very well till everything is combined
  • Now add the flour mix to it and then two tbsp Melon seeds. Fold it very gently, but mix it properly
  • Now pour this in the greased tin and tap the tin to get rid of air bubbles. Sprinkle some more seeds over the top. I added some chocolate chips also on top
  • By this time your oven would be ready, pop it up in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 Minutes or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes and then de-mold. Again let it cool completely and then slice
