Honey Healthy Banana Bread With Flax meal

- First of all gather all the ingredients and then switch on the oven for preheating at 180 degrees, it is such a simple process that even if you are not a pro in cooking/baking then also you can make it in the time your oven is heating up
- Grease a bread tin with some oil, Now sieve together the flour, flax meal, baking powder, baking soda and salt, keep aside
- Mash the bananas in a bowl and add honey, oil, vanilla essence to it and mix very well till everything is combined
- Now add the flour mix to it and then two tbsp Melon seeds. Fold it very gently, but mix it properly
- Now pour this in the greased tin and tap the tin to get rid of air bubbles. Sprinkle some more seeds over the top. I added some chocolate chips also on top
- By this time your oven would be ready, pop it up in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 Minutes or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Let it cool for 10 minutes and then de-mold. Again let it cool completely and then slice
I have made a banana cake previously but did not add melon seeds and flaxseeds. I will give this twist next time.
