This simple weight loss salad is so easy to make, combining easily available ingredients its a weight watchers delight as it packs in only 180 calories per meal. That’s an entire dinner under 200 calories. Oh and I forgot to mention, how delicious it is!
1 tablespoon any whole wheat pasta of choice (pre boiled)
1/4 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
2 green onions, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon sweet corn kernels (pre boiled)
1 teaspoon fresh cranberries or 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon chili sauce - optional
1/2 teaspoon mustard sauce - optional
Salt to taste
In a bowl combine the yogurt with salt, pepper powder, garlic paste, mustard and chili sauces and mix well. Your dressing is ready.
To the dressing add in all the remaining ingredients and toss well, coating everything evenly.
Remove into a pretty serving bowl and enjoy!
