This simple weight loss salad is so easy to make, combining easily available ingredients its a weight watchers delight as it packs in only 180 calories per meal.
That's an entire dinner under 200 calories. Oh and I forgot to mention, how delicious it is!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon whole wheat pasta pre boiled
  • 1/4 cup purple cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 celery stalks roughly chopped
  • 2 green onions roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sweet corn kernels pre boiled
  • 1 teaspoon cranberries fresh or 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard sauce optional
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl combine the yogurt with salt, pepper powder, garlic paste, mustard and chili sauces and mix well. Your dressing is ready.
  • To the dressing add in all the remaining ingredients and toss well, coating everything evenly.
  • Remove into a pretty serving bowl and enjoy!
