Ingredients
- Cauliflower (florets-250 gm)
- 1 / Peas ( small bowl soaked overnight green vatana)
- 1 / Chick Peas ( small bowl soaked overnight, or chana kabuli chana)
- Oil (1 tblspn)
- Garlic Ginger Paste (or wet, or masala wet masala)
- Onion (1 no chopped)
- Tomato (1 no chopped)
- Turmeric Powder (haldi)
- 1 - red chili powder ( tspn)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- leaves Curry (kadipatta)
- Mustard Seeds (rai)
- Cumin Seed (jeera)
- Water
- to leaves Coriander (garnish)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a broad wok/kadhai. Add the mustard & cumin seeds & curry leaves.
-  After they crackle add the chopped onion,saute for 1 min & add the wet masala / garlic-ginger paste and saute for 1-2 mins.
- Clean and add the soaked kabuli chana & green vatana,saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add water and cook for 15-20 mins.
- Wash clean the cauliflower florets and add to the curry, add turmeric & chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Cover the lid and cook for 10 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with rotis.
