  • Heat oil in a broad wok/kadhai. Add the mustard & cumin seeds & curry leaves.
  •  After they crackle add the chopped onion,saute for 1 min & add the wet masala / garlic-ginger paste and saute for 1-2 mins.
  • Clean and add the soaked kabuli chana & green vatana,saute for 2-3 mins.
  • Add water and cook for 15-20 mins.
  • Wash clean the cauliflower florets and add to the curry, add turmeric & chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Cover the lid and cook for 10 mins.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with rotis.
