- Kala Chana - ½ cup soaked
- Green Matar - ½ cup soaked
- Potatoes - 2
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Green & Red chilies - 2-3 chopped or as per your taste
- Ginger - ½ inch chopped
- Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp chopped
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
- Pepper powder - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
- Juice of half a lemon
- Water - ½ cup

InstructionsÂ
- In a pressure cooker add the peeled potato, soaked chana and matar, and half a cup of water. Pressure cook till 3-4 whistles and let the pressure release by itself.
- In a bowl mix together chilies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, ginger, and onions.
- In another bowl add the pressure cooked chana, matar and chopped potatoes. Add all the remaining ingredients except lemon juice and mix well.
- Squeeze the juice of lemon just before serving.
