  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 1 / Chaana cattege cheese cup chaana
  • 5 cashews numbers
  • 1/2 tsp Green Chillies chopped
  • 2 leaves Coriander chopped
  • Potatoes medium - sized but long
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Orange Rind
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 leaves Decoration or mint for mint


  • Clean the potatoes and prick them with a fork. In a preheated oven , bake these potatoes at 180'C , for 40 minutes. Now remove the potatoes and allow them to cool enough to handle them . Cut them in half ,length wise , and remove the skin Use a small

  • Spoon to scoop out the potatoes leaving a substantial layer towards the end .Now put the butter spread all sides of potato ,place it back in the oven for 10 minutes at 180'C .
