Ingredients
- Honey 4 tablespoon
- Chaana cattege cheese 1/4 cup
- Cashew nuts 5 numbers
- Green chilli chopped 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes medium - sized but long
- Butter 2 tablespoon
- Salt
- Curd 2 tablespoons
- Orange juice 1/2 cup
- Orange rind 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
- For decoration few mint leaves

- Clean the potatoes and prick them with a fork. In a preheated oven , bake these potatoes at 180'C , for 40 minutes. Now remove the potatoes and allow them to cool enough to handle them . Cut them in half ,length wise , and remove the skin Use a small
- Spoon to scoop out the potatoes leaving a substantial layer towards the end .Now put the butter spread all sides of potato ,place it back in the oven for 10 minutes at 180'C .
