These seeds are very good for health benefits. When the flat beans are too much matured then take out the seeds and make a paste. This is a very tasty recipe made from bean dal which I am going to share with you.

Ingredients
 

  • 250 gm Seeds flat bean
  • 1 bowl Potato
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Paste raw
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Green Chillies
  • leaves Coriander fresh
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak the seeds overnight then remove the skin. Then make it par boil.

  • After then make a paste of seeds with green chillies and coriander leaves.

  • Heat a pan add oil, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste. Stir continuously then add raw turmeric paste, tomato paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and seeds paste.

  • Mix all together then add 1/2 glass water, cover and cook for a 10 minutes.

  • After then add shallow fried potatoes and garam masala powder. Cook another few minutes sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve.
