About Flat Bean Seeds Pulse
These seeds are very good for health benefits. When the flat beans are too much matured then take out the seeds and make a paste. This is a very tasty recipe made from bean dal which I am going to share with you.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Seeds flat bean
- 1 bowl Potato
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric Paste raw
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Green Chillies
- leaves Coriander fresh
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Soak the seeds overnight then remove the skin. Then make it par boil.
- After then make a paste of seeds with green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Heat a pan add oil, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste. Stir continuously then add raw turmeric paste, tomato paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and seeds paste.
- Mix all together then add 1/2 glass water, cover and cook for a 10 minutes.
- After then add shallow fried potatoes and garam masala powder. Cook another few minutes sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve.
