  • METHOD FOR MAKING CHOLE
  • Soak chole overnight
  • Cook and keep aside
  • Heat oil, fry onions till golden brown.
  • Add chilli powder and coriander powder.
  • Add chole masala.
  • Fry for 3 min on a low flame.
  • Add chopped tomato, green chilli , ginger and salt.
  • Add boiled chole.
  • Add salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add chaat masala and kasuri methi.
  • METHOD FOR MAKING KULCHA
  • Take whole wheat flour , salt , ghee in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour water first.
  • Mix and begin to knead.
  • Add mode water (if required) and knead to a smooth soft dough.
  • Cover and allow the dough to rest for 20-30 minutes.
  • Make.two big balls from dough and roll them in your palms to make them even
  • Dust some flour on dough balls
  • With a rolling pin(belan) ,roll the dough balls to a circle of about 4-5 inches in a diameter
  • Put the rolled dough in a small thali and give it the shape of thali. Do same with the other dough.
  • Pour the liquid chole in this thali shaped dough.
  • Decorate it with green chilli.
  • Brush the outer area of the dough with water.
  • Put the other dough above it and with help of fingers stick both the corners of dough.
  • Put the stuffed kulcha on a hot tawa.
  • Bake other side on a papad stand on a high flame.
  • Stuffed kulcha is ready.
  • Put kulcha on a plate and it's top in a shape of circle with help of knife.
  • Stuffed liquid chkle kulcha is ready
