Mutton fried in a spicy gravy

Ingredients
- Mutton- 500gms
- Onion- 3 finely diced onions
- Ginger Garlic Paste- 4-5 tablespoons
- Yogurt 6-7 tablespoons
- Cardammon-2-3 small cardamoms
- Clove-2-3pieces
- Bayleaf- 2 leaves
- Cumin Powder- 2 tablespoon
- Coriander Powder- 1 tablespoon
- Garam Masala Powder- 2 tablespoon
- Kasuri Methi Powder- 1 tablespoon
- Kashmiri Red chilli Powder- 3 tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tablespoon
- Green Chilli- 2 finely sliced
- Salt
- Sugar- 1tablespoon
- Chopped coriander
- Ghee/Refined Oil -6-7 tablespoon

Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoon ghee/ oil in a pan.Put half tablespoon sugar for color. Put the finely sliced onions and fry until light brown.
- Now grind this fried onions to a fine paste
- Put 4-5 tablespoon ghee in pan, put the fried onion paste , yoghurt, and all the other spices one by one
- Cook this spice gravy until oil releases from side
- Add the partially boiled mutton pieces
- Put salt as per taste
- Use chopped coriander leaves to garnish
