Crispy Fish Fry With Lahori Masala

Lahori masala is ready made masala nothing to do just marinate and fry. I used onion paste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and chilli powder.

  • 500 gm Rahu fish
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Lahori masala powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • Salt


  • Wash the fish pieces marinate with onion paste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, chilli powder. Keep aside for 10- 25 minutes.
  • Then coat with rice flour, Lahori masala and salt. Now shallow fry and serve along with steamed rice or as a side dish.
