Since school times I always loved my Sindhi friend’s lunch box with mouthwatering masaledar sabji fries, super soft fragrant parathas and tangy pickles. And also we used to live in a Sindhi colony, so I have a strong Sindhi food connection.
My kids love it when I make Sindhi Aloo-Bhindi or this Veg Potato Fish Fry Masala (by the way; my son named it so, he loves fish fry, and these aloo look similar to those,, ðŸ˜‰)
One of my neighbour, ‘Sanjana Prythyani’ has come up with this cool looking idea, by slicing the potatoes with apple cutter and stuffing masalas in gaps and then stir frying them.
Which everyone in my family loves and I make these often, sometimes with gravy or sometimes dry.
