Ingredients
- 1 cup chick peas kabuli chana, boiled
- 1 tbsp garlic lehsun, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger adrak, chopped
- 4 Green Chillies slit
- 1 cup capsicum sliced
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon ajinomoto
- 1 tbsp coriander chopped, dhania
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Recipe for fry chana: Mix together the chana with soya sauce, salt, ajinomoto and cornflour well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add one by one kabuli chana in it and fry it till it become light brown color.
- Transfer it to a plate and sprinkle chat masala on it.
- Recipe for chili chana fry: Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai, add the garlic,ginger and green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the capsicum and sauté for another 1 minute.
- Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, white pepper, ajinomoto and mix well.
- Add the coriander and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the cornflour mixed with water while stirring continuously for 1 minute.
- Now, add fried chana in it, mix it properly and saute it for 2 minutes.
- Delicious, crispy and spicy chilli chana fry starter is ready to serve.
