It is very simple but yummy preparation of pav with potato and peas masala. This is a healthy version of vada-pav which is deep fried and more time taking. But as I always prefer to have a healthy version of our favourite food which is guilt free delicacy

Recipe Time & More
Ingredients
- 8 no Pav Buns
- 2 Potatoes (mashed medium size boiled)
- 2 tbsp Green Peas
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic (chopped)
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 3 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green Chutney
- 1 tbsp Imly Ki Chutney (imly ki chutney)
- 1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- 2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- to red chili powder (according taste)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Cooking (or butter, or pav butter for pav)
- 2 tbsp Green Chutney (or garnishing for garnishing)
- 2 tbsp Garnishing (imly ki chutney for)
- 1 tbsp Garnishing (or onion chopped onion for)

Instructions
- Boil potatoes and keep aside. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter along with a teaspoon of oil
- Add chopped ginger, garlic and chopped chillies cook for a minute
- Now add chopped onion to this and cook till onion is translucent in colour
- Add chopped tomato and salt and cook till it is properly cooked
- Add pav bhaji masala to this and cook for a minute. now add green peas to this and saute for a minute or two
- As masala and peas are cooked add boiled and mashed potato to this and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and while cooking press the masala with masher as shown in picture
- Once masala is cooked properly, add chopped coriander, 1 Tablespoon of green chutney and imply ki chutney mix all together nicely
- Now turn off the flame and add a tablespoon of lemon juice
- For Pav preparation: Cut the pav into two halves, apply butter on each pav and cook it from both the sides on medium flame
- On one half apply green chutney and place a tablespoon of masala
- Drop some imly ki chutney and chopped onions on masala
- Now cover this with the second half of pav
- Guilt free masala pav is ready enjoy with a cup of tea ...
