Ingredients
  

  • Paneer cut in 1-1/2inch dices
  • Besan-3-4tbsps
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder-1teaspoon
  • Coriander powder-1tbsp
  • Pinch of ajwain
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • Water required for the smooth batter
  • Oil for frying
  • Tomato ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Make slits in the paneer dices
  • Apply tomato ketchup in each dice.
  • Make a smooth batter with besan5 and dry masalas-salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,Water,soda,ajwain
  • Dip each dice in the besan batter.
  • Deep fry them
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
