Ingredients
- Paneer cut in 1-1/2inch dices
- Besan-3-4tbsps
- Salt
- Black pepper powder-1teaspoon
- Coriander powder-1tbsp
- Pinch of ajwain
- Pinch of baking soda
- Water required for the smooth batter
- Oil for frying
- Tomato ketchup

Instructions
- Make slits in the paneer dices
- Apply tomato ketchup in each dice.
- Make a smooth batter with besan5 and dry masalas-salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,Water,soda,ajwain
- Dip each dice in the besan batter.
- Deep fry them
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
