Ingredients
- 250 gm cottage cheese cut into 1inch cubes
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 2 roughly chopped green chilies
- Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 3 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
- Heat 2tablespoons oil on nonstick pan and shallow fry paneer pieces.
- On other wok add 3tablespoons oil and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add onion n saute on high flame for 2minutes. Add ginger garlic paste n saute for 2minutes on low medium flame till u get aroma.
- Add salt, green chilies and turmeric powder n saute for 30seconds.
- Add paneer pieces, mix gently. Add coconut milk, mix, cover n cook for 5minutes on low medium flame.
- Malabar paneer is ready to eat. Serve hot this with rice or chapati.

• you can also add some fresh cream in this recipe
