Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm cottage cheese cut into 1inch cubes
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 roughly chopped green chilies
  • Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2tablespoons oil on nonstick pan and shallow fry paneer pieces.

  • On other wok add 3tablespoons oil and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add onion n saute on high flame for 2minutes. Add ginger garlic paste n saute for 2minutes on low medium flame till u get aroma.
  • Add salt, green chilies and turmeric powder n saute for 30seconds.
  • Add paneer pieces, mix gently. Add coconut milk, mix, cover n cook for 5minutes on low medium flame.
  • Malabar paneer is ready to eat. Serve hot this with rice or chapati.
