Chilly Soyabean is one of my favourite vegetarian snack. It's a substitute for chilly chicken. It goes well with fried rice or roti and naans.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Soyabean soyabean
- 1 large Onion cut in
- 1 cubes Medium Capsisum Cut In Cubes medium capsisum cut in
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chillies slit lengthwise
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Green Chillies or sauce sauce
- 4-5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1-2 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste for marination
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Flour

Instructions
- Boil the soyabean for 10 mins and squeeze out the excess water and keep aside.
- In a bowl add all the ingredients for marination add the soyabean and marinate nicely.
- Heat oil in a pan add the marinated soyabean cook till golden from all sides. Take out on a paper napkin so the excess oil is absorbed.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add ginger garlic paste, onions saute for few mins. Then add in capsicum, chillies saute for anothet few mins.
- Next add salt, vinegar, soy sauce, green chilly sauce, tomato sauce, red chilly sauce mix everything well. Cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add the fried soyabean mix it well with the sauce. Add spring onions greens at last. Serve hot!!
