Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Soyabean Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seed
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 1 tsp Chana dal
- Curry leaves fresh
- 1 tsp Eno
- 1 cup Curd

Instructions
- Dry roast whole wheat flour along with soyabean flour on medium flame for 4-5 min. Transfer the flour in another bowl and cool it down.
- For tempering, heat 1 tbsp of mustard oil and saute mustard seeds, cumin seeds along with both dals. Add curry leaves.
- In flours, add curd along with prepared tempering ,water and salt to prepare idli batter. The consistency of the batter should have medium consistency neither too thick nor too soft.
- Add the batter in greased idli moulds and steam the idlis for 5-7 min in steamer. Cool down the idli and serve immediately with coconut chutney or green chutney.
