  • 1/2 cup Red Chilli Paste
  • 1/2 cup Tamarind Paste
  • 1 cup Jagerry
  • 2 tsp Fennel Powder roasted
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil refine

Instructions
 

  • we need to grate papya, paste the soaked chilli, juice from tamarind. Take a frying pan add oil then add grated papaya. Stir continuously.

  • Add red chilli paste, tamarind paste, jaggery and salt. Stir continuously, gradually it will reduce.
