  • Red chilli paste 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery 1 cup
  • Roasted fennel powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Refine oil 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • we need to grate papya, paste the soaked chilli, juice from tamarind. Take a frying pan add oil then add grated papaya. Stir continuously.
