Chilli Papaya

Ingredients
- Red chilli paste 1/2 cup
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Jaggery 1 cup
- Roasted fennel powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Refine oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- we need to grate papya, paste the soaked chilli, juice from tamarind. Take a frying pan add oil then add grated papaya. Stir continuously.
- Add red chilli paste, tamarind paste, jaggery and salt. Stir continuously, gradually it will reduce.
- Let it cool and see the texture.
- It can be preserve more than six months.
