Vegetable Momos

Momos originated from Nepal now it is popular every where veg and non veg both

  • 250 gms refine flour
  • 100 gms oil
  • 100 gms cabbage
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup green chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • Salt


  • Make a dough with flour oil and salt.
  • Add oil in a heated frying pan add chopped cabbage salt and two tsp vinegar sauteed.
  • Keep separate now spread dough small size and fill with veggies and fold like a dim sum.
  • Steam for fifteen minutes. Now make are red sauce.
  • Add oil in a heated frying pan add garlic paste red chilli powder and tomato sauce vinegar and salt cook for a few minutes.
  • Serve hot momos with red sauce and green sauce.
