Ingredients
- 250 gm Flour refine
- 100 gm Oil
- 100 gm Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Green Chillies or sauce sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Make a dough with flour oil and salt.
- Add oil in a heated frying pan add chopped cabbage salt and two tsp vinegar sauteed.
- Keep separate now spread dough small size and fill with veggies and fold like a dim sum.
- Steam for fifteen minutes. Now make are red sauce.
- Add oil in a heated frying pan add garlic paste red chilli powder and tomato sauce vinegar and salt cook for a few minutes.
- Serve hot momos with red sauce and green sauce.
