Healthy Tasty Rice Flour Laddoo
Rice Flour Laddoo is a favorite snack in my family. My family like to eat rice Flour Laddoo any time in lunch ,dinner as well as in tiffin also.
- 1 cup rice flour
- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 tsp elaichi powder
- 1 tsp chopped pistachios
- Roast rice flour in pan for 3 to 5 minutes on medium flame. Take caution that white colour shouldn't change.
- Now mix 3/4 of the ghee and again roast rice flour for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Mix sugar powder ,elaichi powder,and some pistachios.
- Kneed this like a soft dough.
- Make equal small balls means Laddoo and decorate with pistachios.
- Now my healthy Tasty Rice Flour Laddoo are ready to serve.
