Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 tsp elaichi powder
  • 1 tsp chopped pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Roast rice flour in pan for 3 to 5 minutes on medium flame. Take caution that white colour shouldn't change.

  • Now mix 3/4 of the ghee and again roast rice flour for 2 to 3 minutes.
