Ingredients
  

  • Boiled and grated potatoes - 2 medium size
  • gm flour / besan - 1 cup
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Dry mint leaves - 1 tsp
  • Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - for frying

  • Take a bowl add all listed ingredients and mix well.

  • Don`t use water.

  • Make a soft and smooth dough.

  • Keep aside for 30 mins.

  • Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying the bhujiya.
  • Use the bhujiya / sev make machine and fixed the bhujiya plate.
  • Fill the machine with potato and gram flour mixture dough.
  • When oil is hot press the bhujia machine over the oil.
  • Put the the gas in a medium flame.
  • Repeat the process to finish the dough.e
  • Deep fry the bhujia for 2 - 3 mins and then flip it.
  • Drai in paper napkin.
  • Serve hot with tea.
