Ingredients
- Boiled and grated potatoes - 2 medium size
- gm flour / besan - 1 cup
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dry mint leaves - 1 tsp
- Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Oil - for frying

Instructions
- Take a bowl add all listed ingredients and mix well.
- Don`t use water.
- Make a soft and smooth dough.
- Keep aside for 30 mins.
- Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying the bhujiya.
- Use the bhujiya / sev make machine and fixed the bhujiya plate.
- Fill the machine with potato and gram flour mixture dough.
- When oil is hot press the bhujia machine over the oil.
- Put the the gas in a medium flame.
- Repeat the process to finish the dough.e
- Deep fry the bhujia for 2 - 3 mins and then flip it.
- Drai in paper napkin.
- Serve hot with tea.
