Red chilli paste 1/2 cup
Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
Jaggery 1 cup
Roasted fennel powder 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Refine oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
we need to grate papya, paste the soaked chilli, juice from tamarind. Take a frying pan add oil then add grated papaya. Stir continuously.
Add red chilli paste, tamarind paste, jaggery and salt. Stir continuously, gradually it will reduce.
Let it cool and see the texture.
It can be preserve more than six months.
