Ingredients Â
- Semolina Idli/ Rice Idli 10-15 idlis small size
- Ginger Garlic Few cloves/ pcs
- Hung Curd – ½ cup
- Cashew nuts – 5-6 pcs
- Fresh Coriander – ½ cup
- Salt Red chilli powder – ½ tsp (As per taste)

InstructionsÂ
- In a grinder jar, add ginger, garlic, cashew nuts, fresh coriander. Grind to form a smooth paste.
- Add this paste to hung curd, 1 tsp oil and mix well to form a nice marinade. Add prepared idlis and coat all idlis well with the marinade. Keep this in bowl in refrigerator for 10-15 min.
- Once idlis are marinated well, put the idis on skewers for grilling.
- Put the idli skewers in preheated airfryer for grilling at 180 degrees for 10 min.
- Once grilled, serve Idli tikka with cut capsicum and tomato.
