    Ingredients
      

    • Semolina Idli/ Rice Idli 10-15 idlis small size
    • Ginger Garlic Few cloves/ pcs
    • Hung Curd – ½ cup
    • Cashew nuts – 5-6 pcs
    • Fresh Coriander – ½ cup
    • Salt Red chilli powder – ½ tsp (As per taste)

    Instructions
     

    • In a grinder jar, add ginger, garlic, cashew nuts, fresh coriander. Grind to form a smooth paste.
    • Add this paste to hung curd, 1 tsp oil and mix well to form a nice marinade. Add prepared idlis and coat all idlis well with the marinade. Keep this in bowl in refrigerator for 10-15 min.
    • Once idlis are marinated well, put the idis on skewers for grilling.
    • Put the idli skewers in preheated airfryer for grilling at 180 degrees for 10 min.
    • Once grilled, serve Idli tikka with cut capsicum and tomato.

    • The same marinade can be used to make paneer tikka, mushroom tikka as well.
