@corn button pakora is my innovative recipe,cooked with corn paste and gramflour with seasoning. @corn button pakora can be cooked in steam before serving one day before.just before serving fry it and serve crispy and tasty @corn button pakora .@corn button pakora is very attractive because of its shape and name.
1/4cup, corn paste
1cup gram flour
Salt to taste
1 table spoon fruit salt
green chilies paste to taste
2 table spoon curd
oil for greasing small idli stand +to deep fry as required
to garnish â€“corn kernels,pudina powder and chat masala to taste
For serving â€“salad stick and curd-dip or dip of choice
Mix corn paste and gramflour. Add curd, green chilies paste to taste and salt, mix well.Make thick batter,use water if needed. Add Add sufficient water to steamer and grease small idli moulds.
Heat till water reach to boiling temperature. Mix batter well and add fruit salt. Again mix well and pour the mixture to idli small mould. Steam till cooked about 5 minutes. When ready,cool and remove button idlies from moulds .
In the mean time Heat oil and deep fry pakoras till golden brown . serve hot corn button pakora with salad stick and curd-dip or dip of choice .
Garnish with corn kernels,pudina powder and chat masala to taste before serving.
