Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm mince mutton
  • 1 cup macroni elbow
  • 5 cheese slices
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 2 large tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Take 1&1/2 glass water in wok add Macroni, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil in it n bring it to boil till Macroni done. Drain extra water n keep aside.
  • Heat butter in deep pan and add onion, saute it till onion change the color.
  • Add ginger n saute for 2minutes on low flame.
  • Add minced mutton, garam masala powder, salt and mix it well.
  • Add red chili powder and tomato paste. Cover the lid and cook it for 15 to 20minutes on low flame. In between keep sauteing. If required then add 1 cup of water and cook it on low flame.
  • When mutton cooked add black pepper powder, boiled macroni and 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, mix it.
  • Put cheese slices on all over mutton n coriander leaves, cover the lid n cook for 5minutes on low flame or till the cheese melt.
  • Cheese Mutton Macroni is ready to serve. Serve this hot
