Moonglet is famous Delhi street food now a days . You can name it "vegetarian omelette " or it is like indianised pancake. Famous Delhi food shop owner introduced this recipe few years ago and now a days this recipe is very famous across Delhi and has become synonymous with shops name.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Yellow Moong Dal soaked
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2-3 Green Chillies nos
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 Onion cut lengthwise
- 1 Green Capsicum cut lengthwise
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 cup Coriander finely chopped
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala for sprinkle

- 3-4 slice Cheese

Instructions
- First take soaked moong dal , wash and drain.
- Now in a grinder , take moong dal and grind it along with ginger and green chillies by using little water and make fine paste .
- Beat this dal paste with the help of spatula until it becomes fluffy . Add turmeric powder and salt . Mix well .
- Now take a nonstick pan and grease it with oil. Now in small bowl take about 1 big serving spoon of portion of dal and pour it on pan .
- Meanwhile until dal paste cooks from one side take chopped onion and capcicum , add black salt and black pepper powder and mix well . Sprinkle these veggies on dal paste . Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves too .
- Now flip it and add 2tsp butter and cook from another side . Flip it again .
- Now add cheese slices and cook until cheese starts melting . Moonglet is ready . Sprinkle some char masala on it . Transfer this into plate and repeat this process with remaining batter .
- Serve hot with chutney of your choice. .
