Ingredients
- 1 tsp Unsalted Butter (or sauce for alfredo sauce â â)
- 2 tsp All Purpose Flour (or maida maida â)
- 2 cup Milk (â)
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese (or parmesan, or cheese grated parmesan cheese â)
- 1/4 cup Cream Cheese (â)
- 1 tsp Garlic (grated â)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder (â)
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes (â)
- 1/4 tsp Oregano (â)
- 1 tsp Salt (â, or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar (â)
- 1 tsp Unsalted Butter (or tempering for tempering â â)
- 2 tsp Garlic (chopped â)
- 2 Green Chillies (slits â)
- 1/4 slice Carrot (thin)
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes (â)
- 1/4 tsp Oregano (â)
- 2 florets Cauliflower (for boiling â â)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (â, or as per taste)
- to Water (boil â as required)
- Cheddar Cheese (or garnishing for garnishing â â grated â as required)

Instructions
- In a heating vessel add some Water and allow it to boil.
- Once Water comes to boil, add Cauliflower Florets and Salt and stir.
- Cook the Cauliflower Florets for 7 Min and then drain the Cauliflower with the help of sieve and keep aside.
- In another heating pan take unsalted Butter and add chopped Garlic to it.
- Sauté Garlic for a minute and then add slit Green Chillies and Carrot slices, sauté in butter nicely.
- Then add Chilli Flakes and Oregano give a mix and keep aside.
- Take another heating pan, to that add unsalted Butter, Grated Garlic and All Purpose Flour and roast for 1 min.
- Furthermore, add Milk and whisk 2 to 3 times so that no there are lumps created.
- Add Cream Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese and mix well.
- Then add Salt, Sugar, Chilli Flakes, Oregano and Black Pepper powder and boil until sauce turns thick.
- Now add boiled Cauliflower florets to the Alfredo Sauce and give nice mix.
- Lastly add tempering, garnish with Cheddar Cheese and serve hot.
Recipe Notes
• Use vegetables of your choice like Onions, Broccoli or Mushrooms.
• Cream of Cauliflower taste great when served hot only.
