Ingredients
  

  • Boiled rice-2cups
  • Mint leaves -1/2cup
  • Coriander leaves -1/4cup
  • Green chilliest-2-3
  • Garlic and ginger paste-1tsp
  • Boiled potatoes-1cut into small pieces
  • Spring Onion -2-3 fchopped
  • Zeera-1/2tsp
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Grind mint leaves,coriander leaves ,green chillies
  • Heat oil in a pan add zeera.add onion and fry. Add ginger garlic paste sauté for minute or raw smell of garlic gone.
  • Add grinding paste and small pieces of potatoe and fry till water aveporate.
  • Add boiled rice and salt Mix well. Cover for 2-3 minutes.
  • Ready to eat
