Aloo Bokra/Aloo Bukhara/Plum Chutney

Ingredients
- 5 Aloo bukhara/ plum cut into small pieces
- 1 dried red chilli
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 2 tsp panch fhoran cumin, caraway, fennel,fenugreek, mustard seeds
- 2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add dried red chili and panch fhoran ,when it starts crackling, add Aloo Bukhara pieces. Stir for 2 minutes then add 1/2 cup of water and let it cook in medium flame until aloo bukhara is well cooked.
- After aloo bukhara is soft and tender add red chili powder, turmeric powder,salt and sugar. Cook until all ingredients mix properly and consistency of chutney is thick.
- Serve after it cool completely.
