A simple and quick hot spicy pepper mushroom is a perfect recipe for winter. Dry masala mix of pepper, fennel and coriander seeds give this dish a beautiful flavor and aroma.

Ingredients
- 200 gm button mushroom
- Capsicum 1 small
- Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion 1 Medium Size
- Curry leaves 1 spring
- Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- Oil 2 tablespoon
- To be roasted and ground
- Pepper 1 tablespoon
- coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
- fennel 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions
- To hot oil add mustard seeds, onion and curry leaves. Saute till onion turns lightly pink.
- Add ginger and garlic , half of the ground spice mix. Cook for a minute.
- Add the mushroom, salt and stir fry on a high flame for 2 minutes
- Add the remaining spice, capsicum and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice, roti or have it as it is!
