Okra Stir Fry is a recipe prepared with ladies finger along with lentils and basic spice ingredients. It ia a flavorful dish made in Coconut Oil. It has coconut as well, roasted peanuts and tempered lentils like Urad dal and chana dal and spices. A well blend of flavour, taste and spices.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Ladies Finger
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 1 tsp Chana Dal
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 pieces Red Chillies dry break into
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 1 leaves Curry
- 4 Garlic crushed
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut grated
- a handful Peanut roasted and skinned
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- leaves Coriander for garnish

Instructions
- Wash the whole ladies finger (do not cut the edges now). Rub and pat them dry in clean kitchen towel.
- Cut off the edges and cut them into thin rings. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds, Urad dal, channa dal and saute till the dal turns golden.
- Add the garlic, curry leaves, onion and the chillies. Saute till onions turns soft.
- Now add the ladies finger, salt and the lemon juice, mix well.
- Cover the pan and fry till the stickiness of ladies finger goes away around 5 mins.
- Add the chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix well and fry further till the ladies finger is nicely cooked and soft approximately 5-10 mins.
- Once it is done, add the grated coconut and the roasted peanut.
- Fry for around 3-5 mins stirring continuously and take off the heat.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
