It is a flavorful chutney from Andhra.

Ingredients
- 1 Onion size chopped
- 4 Tomatoes chopped ripe
- 4 Green Chilies chopped
- 10 leaves Curry
- 2 cloves Garlic big
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1/4 cup Grated Coconut
- 1 Whole Red Chili
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 pinch Hing
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Mint chopped
- 1/4 cup Coriander optional chopped
- to pieces Tamrind Pieces According To Taste tamrind according taste
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- 1.Heat oil in a kadai.
- 2.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and hing.
- 3.Add curry leaves,whole red chili,green chilies,garlic,ginger and tamarind.
- 4.Now add onion,stir till onion becomes pinkish color.
- 5.Add tomatoes stir for 3-4 min.
- 6.Add coconut,mint leaves.
- 7.Cook till all water from tomatoes dries up.
- 8.Now add salt.
- 9.Make it cool down.
- 10.Grind it to a course paste.
- 11.Your tomato-mint chutney is ready,garnish with mint leaves
Notes
- If you want to store for some more days skip coconut and don’t add water at all.
