Instructions
1.Heat oil in a kadai.
2.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and hing.
3.Add curry leaves,whole red chili,green chilies,garlic,ginger and tamarind.
4.Now add onion,stir till onion becomes pinkish color.
5.Add tomatoes stir for 3-4 min.
6.Add coconut,mint leaves.
7.Cook till all water from tomatoes dries up.
8.Now add salt.
9.Make it cool down.
10.Grind it to a course paste.
11.Your tomato-mint chutney is ready,garnish with mint leaves
Notes
If you want to store for some more days skip coconut and don’t add water at all.
