Mixed millet paratha You have eaten different types of paratha. This is one type of healthy paratha which I made by different types of millet. Millet is a whole grain it has numerous health benefit. Packed with protein, antioxidants and helping lower blood sugar and control cholesterol level. Those who are in diet control they must try this gluten free diet.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon jau flour
  • 1 tablespoon bajra flour
  • 1 tablespoon ragi flour
  • 1 tablespoon sattu flour
  • 1 tablespoon Makka flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup grated radish
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add all millet flour, wheat flour, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, grated radish and salt to taste.

  • Make a smooth dough then spread the dough and shallow fry. Serve with any pickle.
