Mixed millet paratha You have eaten different types of paratha. This is one type of healthy paratha which I made by different types of millet. Millet is a whole grain it has numerous health benefit. Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp jau flour
  • 1 tbsp bajra flour
  • 1 tbsp ragi flour
  • 1 tbsp sattu flour
  • 1 tbsp Makka flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup grated radish
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add all millet flour, wheat flour, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, grated radish and salt to taste.

  • Make a smooth dough then spread the dough and shallow fry. Serve with any pickle.
