2 cup soaked basmati rice (soaked for 1hr)
2 beaten eggs
1 cup boiled and shredded chicken
1 Spring white Onion (cut into cubes)
1 tablespoon ginger finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
Salt as required
1 teaspoon ajinomoto
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
3 green chilies roughly chopped
4tablespoons cooking oil
Cook rice with little required water n salt (do not over cooked) when it's done switch off the flame n transfer rice in tray n spread it on all over tray this will help to keep rice seperate.

Heat cooking oil in wok add ginger garlic and saute for 30seconds on high flame.
Add onion and green chilies saute for few seconds on high flame.
Now add little salt to taste in egg n whisk it. Add n cooked till it done.
Add soy sauce, ajinomoto and vinegar mix it well.
Add cooked rice, shredded chicken and spring onion, keep sauteing for minute on high flame. Switch off the flame.
Chicken fried rice is ready to serve. Serve this hot with schezwan chutney.
