Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup Basmati Rice soaked for soaked
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded Chicken boiled and
  • 1 White Onion cut into cubes spring
  • 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Ajinomoto
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 3 Green Chillies roughly chopped
  • 4 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice with little required water n salt (do not over cooked) when it's done switch off the flame n transfer rice in tray n spread it on all over tray this will help to keep rice seperate.

  • Heat cooking oil in wok add ginger garlic and saute for 30seconds on high flame.
  • Add onion and green chilies saute for few seconds on high flame.
  • Now add little salt to taste in egg n whisk it. Add n cooked till it done.
  • Add soy sauce, ajinomoto and vinegar mix it well.
  • Add cooked rice, shredded chicken and spring onion, keep sauteing for minute on high flame. Switch off the flame.
  • Chicken fried rice is ready to serve. Serve this hot with schezwan chutney.
