  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek methi seeds 1 teaspoon
  • 2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 Tamarind one lemon size ball
  • 1-2 tsp Salt
  • 10-12 Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Urad dal
  • 2-4 tsp Chana dal
  • 8-10 Garlic Crushed
  • 2-4 Dry red Chili whole

  • Wash tomatoes and pat dry. Chop theme finely
