Tasty Guava

I have guava tree in my garden in this lockdown period I distributed guava to my neighbours. Even then we are getting bored what to do with guava. Then I thought to make this recipe. I have taken the flesh of guava then roughly chopped.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl roughly chopped guava
  • 2 tbsp jaggery powder
  • 1 teaspoon fennel powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan add chopped guava, jaggery powder, red chilli powder and salt. Close the lid and cook until dry.
  • Now it will become sticky then drop lemon juice and sprinkle fennel powder. Put off the flame and mix all together.
  • Keep in a jar it can be kept in fridge for a week. You can taste and it will be finished.
