
I have guava tree enough fruits are there to make guava squash. My neighbour has also guava tree but their guava fruits are pink inside. So I made both colour of squash with fresh guava. Both colour squash will be done separately.

Ingredients
- 1 kg guava
- 100 gm jaggery
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp pink salt

Instructions
- Wash and boil both the colour of guava separately. Boil until soft then strain. After straining don't throw the waste part that can be used as a manure for your plant.
- Boil the guava juice with adding jaggery slowly it will thicken then add cinnamon powder, ginger powder and salt.
- Keep it in a bottle and store it in fridge. It has no preservative even then it can be stored for a month.
- Serve with adding water if you want you can squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle black salt. Both squash done in the same method.
