Guava Drinks

I have my own guava and lemon trees. I used to distribute these fruits to my neighbors and friends. There are some guava become very soft so I can't give to anybody. I thought how to use these unwanted. Finally I made guava drinks.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 glass of guava extract
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Honey as much you like
  • Soda water as much as required

Instructions
 

  • Take a big pan add all the ripe guava and half glass water.

  • Flame should be low. Let boil for half an hour. Then take a fine cloth and strain water. Keep separate those which are good for eating.

  • Collect the liquid and don't throw the pulp that can be used as a manual of your plant. Your plant will grow with the help of this composed.

  • Now take a pan add liquid part of guava let boil will reduce 1/4 then add jaggery.

  • You should be careful it not stick to the bottom. Then add lemon juice.

  • Let it cool and store in a bottle.
  • When you want to serve take half glass of juice add honey and fill with chilled soda water and ice cubes.
