It is low fat and perfect for making chena. It is necessary to mash chena with hand, there should not be any granules.

1 cup chena
1/4 cup milk powder
2 tbsp soaked saffron
1/2 tsp concentrate rose water
Mash the chena with finger tips and palm. Make sure there should not be any granules and chena should be fresh.
Add milk powder and concentrate rose water to make more tasty. Heat to make it dry but mash continuously.
Divide in two parts one is original colour and other part is added with soaked saffron.
Take one handful white chena rotate in a circular motion. Press with thumb in center and keep aside.
Take saffron mixed chena dough in less amount and rotate in a circular motion. Compress it over white chena dough.
Now it is ready to serve and feel how it done. Enjoy your sugar free fresh sandesh sitting at home.
