Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Chena
  • 1/4 cup Milk Powder
  • 2 tbsp Saffron soaked
  • 1/2 tsp Rose Water concentrate

Instructions
 

  • Mash the chena with finger tips and palm. Make sure there should not be any granules and chena should be fresh.

  • Add milk powder and concentrate rose water to make more tasty. Heat to make it dry but mash continuously.
  • Divide in two parts one is original colour and other part is added with soaked saffron.
  • Take one handful white chena rotate in a circular motion. Press with thumb in center and keep aside.
  • Take saffron mixed chena dough in less amount and rotate in a circular motion. Compress it over white chena dough.
  • Now it is ready to serve and feel how it done. Enjoy your sugar free fresh sandesh sitting at home.
