- ยฝ cup sweet potato
- 2 tbsp semolina roasted
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp dates seed less
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp dry nuts
- Pinch cardamom powder

Instructions
- Boil and mash the sweet potato. Dry roast the semolina keep separate.
- Heat a pan add olive oil, roasted semolina and stir. Add mashed sweet potato and mix.
- Add dry nuts coconut milk, coconut cream and cardamom powder. Mix evenly then serve.
