  • ½ cup sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoon semolina roasted
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon dates seed less
  • 2 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoon dry nuts
  • Pinch cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil and mash the sweet potato. Dry roast the semolina keep separate.

  • Heat a pan add olive oil, roasted semolina and stir. Add mashed sweet potato and mix.
