Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp semolina roasted
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp dates seed less
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp dry nuts
  • Pinch cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil and mash the sweet potato. Dry roast the semolina keep separate.

  • Heat a pan add olive oil, roasted semolina and stir. Add mashed sweet potato and mix.

  • Add dry nuts coconut milk, coconut cream and cardamom powder. Mix evenly then serve.
