Egg devil is an old recipe and also famous. Most of the people like this recipe. When non vegetarian guest come to my house I also like to serve this recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 boiled eggs
  • 150 gms minced meat
  • 1 bowl mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup onion paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon all ground masala
  • 1 cup bengal gram
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • Oil for dip fry
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Slits all boiled eggs remove the egg yolks and keep aside.
  • Take a frying pan heat add 2 tsp oil for cooking minced meat. Add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, curd, minced meat and salt. Mix well and cover till cook.
  • When it will become dry add egg yolks and all ground masala powder again mix.
  • Now take white boiled part of egg fill with cooked minced and cover with mashed potatoes.
  • Make a batter with bengal gram flour, rice flour,salt chilli powder salt and lemon juice. Coat all oval shaped prepared egg and dip fry
  • Serve with fresh onion slices, green chutney and chat masala. Enjoy the egg devil

Notes

 Enjoy the recipe with tea/coffee. You can compare the size of devil with real egg size.
