It is a colorful dish where in paneer along with chili is tossed in sauces and herbs. No spices, no tomato onion gravy makes it very light on tummy. Flavoured with herbs, beautiful to look at, this dish is very tempting and inviting.

- Chop all the veggies and cottage cheese.
- Add green capsicum. Saute on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add red and yellow bell peppers. Saute for a minute or so.
- Lastly add cottage cheese, salt, oregano, basil, mixed herbs and chili flakes.
- Toss and serve.
Notes
Tomato ketchup and soya sauce already has salt, so use salt carefully.
Adjust herbs and bell peppers as per your taste and preference
Do not cover at any stage to retain crunchiness and the lovely color of chilies. If covered, peppers get soft and also loses their bright color.
Let the peppers remain a bit crunchy only. Do not try to cook them fully.
