Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup wheat flour aata
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp red colour
- 2 greated boiled greated potatoes
- 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli
- 1/2 tsp turmic powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp mango powder
- 1/2 tsp aesofetedia
- 1 tsp corrainder seeds sabut dhaniya
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Firstly collect all the ingredients which we required to make samosa
- Take a bowl add all purpose flour, wheat flour, semolina, salt, 2 tbs oil , red food colour mix all nd make a dough .
- Now for stuffing take a pan put 2 tbs oil in them now add aesofetedia, cumin seed, fennel seeds , cooriander seeds nd make it crackle . Then add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, mango powder stir it for 2 min. Nw Add potatoe, green chili mix wel
- Now make a round chapati from the dough. Nd cut it in a 3 equal size with cookie cutter.
- Now place all the 3 chapati one by one fill the mixture in middle. Nd seal the corner wth water.
- After seal the corner turn it very carefully nd give a rose shape
- After that deep fry the rose samosa in oil. Nd plate them. Rose samosa is ready to eat
