Chaat masala is a perfect tangy Indian spice or masala without which any chaat recipe is incompplete. A must have for all chaat recipes.

Ingredients
- Asfoetida/ Hing - 1/4 Tsp
- Cumin seeds/ Zeera - 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper powder/ Kali Mirch - 1/2 tsp
- Amchur / Dry mango powder - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp
- Black Salt - 1 tsp
- Ginger powder/ Sonth - 1 tsp
- Mint powder/ Pudina - 1 tsp
- Carom seeds/ Ajwain - 1.5 tsp
- Coriander seeds/ Dhaniya - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Dry roast, cumin seeds, carom seeds and coriander seeds. Cool down, grind and sieve it.
- Add balance all ingredients and store the spice in an air tight container. This quantity can be used for 2-3 months. After that it tends to loose it flavours so must be prepared fresh as desired.
