  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida or hing hing
  • 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds zeera
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder or mirch kali mirch
  • 2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder or amchur amchur dry
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Black Salt
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder or sonth sonth
  • 1 tsp Mint Powder or pudina pudina
  • 1 tsp Carom Seeds or ajwain ajwain
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds or dhaniya dhaniya


  • Dry roast, cumin seeds, carom seeds and coriander seeds. Cool down, grind and sieve it.
  • Add balance all ingredients and store the spice in an air tight container. This quantity can be used for 2-3 months. After that it tends to loose it flavours so must be prepared fresh as desired.
